Responsibilities
- Service Desk Manager / Service Provider Management
- Service management
- Monitoring the SLAs
- Editorial management ITSM system
- Implementation of service review meetings
- Escalation manager
- IT support office and production-related areas
- Provisioning of iOS devices
- Project management (IT projects)
- Purchasing management in cooperation with the purchasing department
Qualifications
- Completed training in a technical profession
- Professional experience in a manufacturing company in the above-mentioned field is advantageous
