Each bin can be uniquely identified using a smart plug, for example. If incorrect filling is suspected, the refuse collector opens the bin before emptying and carries out a visual inspection. If a contaminant is detected, the bin is clearly assigned to the household via the integrated RFID scan system.

The employee then documents the find directly on site by taking a photo with the robust handheld device - quickly and easily, even when wearing gloves. The image and all relevant data are sent in real time to our DISPONDO software where the incident is automatically recorded and stored.

In order to address misconduct in a targeted and comprehensible manner, an individual and graduated package of measures can be implemented in the event of repeated misfilling.
