Description
To strengthen our Production Planning & Control department at our company headquarters in Neunkirchen/Siegerland, we are looking for a
Production planner and controller (m/f/d) Waste technology, storage and transport containers
Responsibilities
- Creation of production plans and schedules, taking into account customer requirements, stock levels, material availability and capacity limits
- Analysis of production data and trends to optimize production processes and increase efficiency
- Participation in the coordination of material and capacity requirements with suppliers and internal departments
- Monitoring production processes and quality to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the required quality
- Checking and correcting newly created production master data for new articles (material master, routing and parts lists)
- Creation of sketches as supplementary attachments for production orders
- Checking and clarifying barcode specifications and positions and requesting barcodes via the purchasing department
- Identifying production bottlenecks and problems and developing solutions to overcome them
- Specification of tool variants and setup dates for timely provision by the tool shop and setup team
- Collaboration with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, toolmaking and quality assurance to ensure that production processes run smoothly
- Compliance with the requirements of the integrated management system (in accordance with quality DIN EN ISO 9001, environment DIN EN ISO 14001, energy DIN EN ISO 50001, occupational health and safety DIN EN ISO 45001) and participation in process optimizations
Qualifications
- Completed industrial training in the production environment, preferably also technician or master craftsman
- Understanding of parts lists and work plans
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an industrial production environment
- Experience with SAP/R3 is desirable
- Good communication and organizational skills
