A new chapter begins at SSI SCHAEFER Plastics: On August 1, 2025, Stephan Sielaff will take over the management of our division - following in the footsteps of Dr. Armin Vogel, who is moving to the Advisory Board after more than twelve years of successful and influential leadership.

Thanks from the heart

Dr. Armin Vogel has played a key role in shaping SSI SCHAEFER Plastics over many years. With his professional expertise and experience, he has had a lasting influence on the development of the company. Under his leadership, important impulses were set and new market potential was developed.

We are delighted that Dr. Vogel will remain associated with the company: From September 1, 2025, he will contribute his expertise and perspective in an advisory capacity as a member of the Advisory Board.

A strong successor: Stephan Sielaff

Stephan Sielaff will join us on July 1, 2025 and officially take over the management of SSI SCHAEFER Plastics on August 1. He brings with him more than 30 years of international management experience - including at Unilever and Symrise - and was most recently CEO of a listed company in Austria. His expertise in business development and operations management as well as his many years of experience in management positions are an excellent fit with our culture and our goals.

With Stephan Sielaff, a competent and future-oriented manager is taking over the management of SSI SCHAEFER Plastics. The entire group of companies wishes him a successful start. At the same time, special thanks are due to Dr. Armin Vogel for his outstanding work and many years of loyalty. It is all the more pleasing that he will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
