Production Planning and Control Team Leader (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Creation of production plans and schedules, taking into account customer requirements, stock levels, material availability and capacity limits
- Coordinating schedules with the sales department while assessing capacity
- Preparing reports and analyses to monitor and optimize production processes
- Participation in the coordination of material and capacity requirements with suppliers and internal departments
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality control to guarantee that products are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
- Identifying production bottlenecks and problems and developing solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production processes run smoothly
- Leading and Developing the Team Under One's Supervision
- Compliance with the requirements of the integrated management system (in accordance with quality DIN EN ISO 9001, environment DIN EN ISO 14001, energy DIN EN ISO 50001, occupational health and safety DIN EN ISO 45001) and participation in process optimizations
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in an industrial setting
- Extensive experience in production planning and control
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- A goal-oriented and analytical approach, as well as strong organizational and implementation skills
- Some leadership experience is also desirable
