We offer from the 1. August 2025 the Apprenticeship as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in molding technology to.
As a tool mechanic specializing in mould technology, you are an important part of our team and make a significant contribution to the production of high-precision moulds and tools.
Responsibilities
- Tool manufacture: You will learn how to manufacture molds and tools that are required in the production of plastic and metal parts. This includes turning, milling, grinding and eroding.
- Maintenance and repair: You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of tools.
- Quality control: They check manufactured tools and molds for accuracy and functionality.
- Work according to technical drawings: You will learn how to read and implement technical drawings.
- CNC technology: During your training, you will acquire knowledge in the programming and operation of CNC machines.
- Materials science: They are familiarized with different materials and learn how to process them optimally.
- Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues and superiors to produce high-quality products on time.
Qualifications
- Completed school education (at least secondary school leaving certificate)
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Precision and care
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Interest in mathematical and physical contexts
- Willingness to learn and initiative
