As a trainee IT specialist in system integration, you are an indispensable member of our IT team and help to ensure the smooth functioning of our information systems.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of IT infrastructures: You develop, configure and maintain hardware and software components.
- Network administration: You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and maintaining networks to ensure smooth communication within the company.
- User support: You provide professional support for our employees in the event of IT problems, help with troubleshooting and train users in the optimal use of software and hardware.
- Security and data protection: You contribute to the security of our IT systems by implementing protective measures against cyber threats and complying with data protection guidelines.
- Documentation and reporting: You keep detailed records of configurations and changes to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Project work: You will work in teams on IT projects and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions and the optimization of existing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, vocational diploma or a good secondary school diploma
- Interest in information technology and IT systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies
- Good knowledge of German and English
